Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the cricbd platform available at cricbd.im (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any individual who interacts with cricbd in any capacity, whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other medium through which the Platform is made available.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a condition precedent to your use of any cricbd product or service, including cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, crash games, the cricbd BDT wallet, promotional offers, and customer support services. If you act on behalf of another person or a legal entity in using this Platform, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the cricbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and cricbd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other communication (including promotional material, email correspondence, or support chat transcripts), these Terms shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of cricbd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cricbd operates a strict 18+ policy across all products and services without exception. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under court-ordered financial restriction may not register or hold an account on cricbd.
• Geographic eligibility: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting activities are not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation complies with all laws in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Single account: Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on cricbd at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identity credentials — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Self-exclusion status: Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from cricbd or from any other gambling platform that participates in a shared self-exclusion scheme are not eligible to re-register during their active exclusion period.

Account Registration

To access the full range of cricbd products and services — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and participation in promotions — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. cricbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

During registration, you will be required to create a unique username and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cricbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

• Accurate information: All registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number — must be truthful and consistent with your government-issued identity documents. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Identity verification (KYC): cricbd may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals or unlocking higher deposit thresholds. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh, together with proof of payment method ownership.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. cricbd cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Contact details: You must maintain a valid and active email address and mobile number on your account at all times. These are used for account verification, withdrawal confirmation, and security notifications. It is your responsibility to update these details promptly if they change.
• One account per household: In circumstances where multiple individuals at the same residential address wish to register accounts, each must contact [email protected] in advance. cricbd reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements in such cases.

Deposits & Withdrawals

cricbd operates a unified Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) wallet for all deposit and withdrawal transactions. The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT with no hidden currency conversion charges applied by cricbd.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on cricbd is ৳100 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cricbd at the platform level, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cricbd wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect during periods of high network traffic.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your account, unless otherwise approved by the cricbd payments team following a written request to [email protected]. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with anti-fraud standards.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain as a credit in your wallet until the minimum is met.
• Withdrawal processing time: Most withdrawal requests are processed by cricbd within 1–3 business hours during operational hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests that trigger additional KYC or fraud review may take up to 48 hours. cricbd is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times once the funds have left the cricbd system.
• Deposit fees: cricbd does not charge any deposit processing fee on any supported payment method. Transaction fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash service charges) are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Bonus wagering requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Bonuses & Promotions

cricbd offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cricket betting cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotional communication through which they are offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses issued by cricbd are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. The specific requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the point of offer.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without prior notice. The standard validity period for most bonuses is 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless the promotion terms specify differently.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–25%, and cricket/sports bets contribute 100% on pre-match bets at odds of 1.5 or higher. • One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. If you deposit and qualify for a new bonus while an existing bonus is active, the new bonus will be queued and applied automatically once the current bonus is settled or expires.
• Abuse and exploitation: cricbd reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a player has registered multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placed counter-bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, used automated software to exploit a promotion, or otherwise acted in bad faith in connection with a promotional offer.
• Promotional changes: cricbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts before the effective date of the change, subject to the wagering conditions in place at the time of issue.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cricbd Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, and virtual sports — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by human dealers under third-party provider oversight. The outcome of every game is independently determined and cannot be influenced by cricbd or by any player action outside the scope of normal gameplay.

Individual game rules are set by the respective game providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are displayed within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any real-money wager. cricbd accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

• Return to Player (RTP): Each slot and casino game offered on cricbd has a published theoretical Return to Player percentage, as certified by the game provider. RTP values represent long-run statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome within a single session.
• Betting limits: Each game has minimum and maximum stake limits set either by the game provider or by cricbd. These limits are displayed within the game interface. Stakes placed outside the permitted range will be rejected by the platform.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, server error, or communication failure during game play, cricbd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. Wins generated during a verified technical malfunction are void and will not be credited.
• Cricket betting rules: All cricket betting markets on cricbd are governed by the specific market rules published in the betting section of the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension due to weather, or change of venue, unsettled bets will be resolved in accordance with the relevant market rules for the specific competition.
• Disputed game outcomes: If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or that a technical error affected a result to your detriment, you must submit a written dispute to [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. cricbd will review the server logs and game provider records and communicate a resolution within 5 business days.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe, fair, and legally compliant environment for all players, cricbd prohibits the following activities. A finding that any player has engaged in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent identity: Registering using false, incomplete, or stolen personal information, or impersonating another individual at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one player account for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion measure.
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under 18 years of age, or assisting any underage individual in doing so.
• Money laundering: Using the cricbd Platform as a conduit for the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds derived from criminal activity, in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Engaging in or facilitating collusion between players, or placing bets on sporting events where you have a reasonable basis to believe the outcome has been, or is being, manipulated.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human player activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in bad faith — for example, after having received game credits or winnings associated with the disputed transaction.
• Platform exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in betting odds to generate a guaranteed or disproportionate profit. Any winnings generated through identified platform exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward cricbd staff, live dealers, or other players through any channel connected to the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

cricbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: verified or suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, a court order or regulatory direction, or a failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

• Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may submit a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining wallet balance above ৳500 BDT will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of applicable identity checks.
• Temporary suspension: In cases where additional verification is required — for example, to satisfy a KYC request or investigate a suspected security incident — cricbd may temporarily suspend access to an account while the review is completed. The account holder will be notified via their registered email address.
• Permanent closure for breach: Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the wallet may be forfeited in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. cricbd will communicate the specific outcome in writing to the account holder's registered email address.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who activate the self-exclusion tool on their account are requesting a voluntary, binding suspension. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period has elapsed. Re-registration during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. cricbd will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances above ৳500 BDT will be retained and remain accessible upon reactivation through support contact.

Limitation of Liability

The cricbd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cricbd makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform operates reliably, securely, and without interruption, the Platform does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cricbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; reliance on information displayed on the Platform; interruption or suspension of service; or any unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• Internet and device limitations: cricbd is not responsible for losses caused by Internet connectivity failures, device hardware issues, browser incompatibilities, or mobile data limitations affecting the quality of your Platform experience.
• Third-party services: The Platform integrates with third-party game providers and payment processors. cricbd is not liable for outages, errors, or delays caused by these third-party services, beyond its obligation to facilitate a prompt resolution on your behalf where practicable.
• Information accuracy: While every effort is made to ensure that game rules, odds, bonus terms, and promotional information displayed on the Platform are accurate, cricbd does not guarantee the complete absence of errors. In the event of a material error, cricbd reserves the right to correct it and adjust any outcomes affected.
• Maximum liability cap: Where cricbd is found liable to a player under these Terms notwithstanding the above exclusions, cricbd's total aggregate liability to that player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to cricbd in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident.

Amendments & Governing Law

cricbd reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will receive notification via their registered email address, and the updated Terms will be published at cricbd.im/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any changes made to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change. cricbd will endeavour to process such closure requests promptly and return any eligible wallet balance to your verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the cricbd Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cricbd is committed to resolving disputes with players in good faith and in a timely manner.
